II. Why these classroom visits will be successful:

Trust: we trust that those involved in this process are not passing judgement on their fellow teachers’ practices. Sharing classroom practices is a sensitive issue and as such, how we say things to each other is important.

b.
Collective responsibility: being accountable to those who wish to share (to each other) by discussing what was interesting and useful from our classroom visits
